The Farm
A small holder farm found in 2020 located in Tshiswenda Village. The farm occupies Just over 1 hectare of land, employed 10 employees and housing over 400 pigs with an average monthly revenue of R22000. Dautswana aims to produce high-quality pork for residents and contribute to food supply and food security.
The objective is to penetrate the Pork industry, exploit available opportunities and expand beyond the local market. Dautswana started with 1 Boar and 10 Sows, now producing over 500 pigs per year. The farm adopts sustainable and ethical farming practices, with the aim to protect our customers and never compromise on quality and safety.
Our goal is to capture 30% of the local pork market within 5 years and expand beyond the Limpopo province.
